About me
Hello, I'm Becky (she/her).

I'm an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I trained at Re-Vision, a psychotherapy training centre with a soulful, relational approach that honours the depth and complexity of being human.
I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change, and that something can shift when we have the space to feel heard, understood and accepted. My hope is to offer a warm, thoughtful and welcoming space where you can come as you are, explore what's happening in your life, and discover more of what it means to be authentically you.
My approach
Working integratively means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, shaping our work around you. The transpersonal perspective invites us to look beyond symptoms to the whole person, including creativity, purpose and the parts of you that may feel lost or hidden.
What brings people to therapy
There are lots of reasons to come to therapy. Perhaps something feels difficult, you're going through a period of change, or you're trying to make sense of something in your life. You might not have the words for it yet.
